This is a very interesting concept change so rather than nimo be the head of hst and the driving force behind the vision with andy it will now be a group of 8 driving the new combined vision forward.

Not only 8, but 8 really talented people with diverse skill sets/experience/networks

You don’t think trying to get 8 people to agree would be tough as each person would have there own vision on how to move hst forward.

I’m really pleased with the new governance structure going toward. I’ve nicknamed it ‘Governance+™️’ to try and relate to the crypto moon lambo people. I hope they are able to understand 😂

I’m a qualified bird director myself before as I have been part of a board in my previous life, and it really does add that layer of legitimacy and professionalism, especially when you are trying to scale up a startup, which is new territory for me
